Thanks to all involved - Tom has really enjoyed going the past 4 weeks. It's so important to get kids to keep talking to friends / peers / coaches / parents etc. #1life #mindyourmind #shannonshopeline

Thanks a million Tara, Paulie Kelly and Ballyoulster for putting this on, so many people focus on training the body and forget the main purpose of the body is to carry around the head!!! Tom enjoyed it a lot and we are very grateful!!
Aaron loved attending and it’s great to speak mental health and awareness from such an early age. Thanks very much.
Thank you so much, our son Rhys absolutely loved the sessions- so important for the boys and girls to be aware of their mental health and how to be open and mindful.
I want to say a big thank you to Shannon's Hopeline for organising the training for all the staff of D8CEC in Safetalk we really enjoyed this training and it gave us a good insight into mental health and how to help anyone that is suicidal in a safe way. I truly think this training would benefit everybody. Shannon's Hopeline you are all doing an amazing job helping children and adults as well as helping other services with training that is badly needed

I really enjoyed this module it helped me and I learned from it a lot.
This module was great and helpful. Something I really enjoyed about it were the exercises we did on self-love and acceptance. I found the meditation cards very helpful.
